I'm Jason Leist, Founder and chief consultant of Aligned Excellence​

 

For more than three decades, I helped lead a manufacturing organization from the shop floor to executive leadership. During that time I led operations, quality management, ISO certification, production planning, organizational development, leadership mentoring, strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement. I’ve seen firsthand how even strong organizations struggle. Their challenges are not because of a lack of effort, but because of misalignment, inconsistent communication, and poor leadership behaviors. ​

 

That experience is what led me to start Aligned Excellence.​

 

I help manufacturing companies build the leadership systems, quality management systems, operational disciplines, and organizational structure needed to scale with confidence. My work is very practical. I am not going to attempt to inspire your leaders with buzz words or platitudes; I believe in real world leadership. Meeting the existing structure where they are, I work directly with leaders and teams to clarify direction, reinforce accountability, and build the operating rhythms and behaviors that make performance sustainable.​ Some clients engage with me to align leadership around priorities and corporate initiatives. Others need help developing their next level of leaders. Many are simply trying to move from constant firefighting to more predictable and structured execution. ​At the core, what I do is simple: I help organizations develop alignment and drive execution so leaders and teams can move forward with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
